Senior IT Service Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management professional to lead the development and enhancement of our Servicenow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement complex Servicenow solutions including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Configure and customize Servicenow applications and modules.
* Lead the development of integrations between Servicenow and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of experience in Servicenow development with a focus on IT Service Management.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, Configuration Item Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and Servicenow scripting.
* Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
