Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, patch and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.
* Develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.
* Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.
* Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by leadership.
* Monitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes.
* Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives.
* Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events.
* 3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience.
* Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
* Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.
* Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
* Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.
* Experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA).
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industries.
* Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similar.
* Experience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
* Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience implementing self-service IT solutions.
* Familiarity with cloud-based device management strategies.
