* The ideal candidate will provide technical sales support as a solution expert and manage the technical sales process, primarily during the discovery and validation stages of the sales process.

* This role involves representing the company with potential customers, partners, and at events, tailoring demonstrations to align with discovered pain points and building Proof of Value plans that validate the solution's alignment with customer needs.

* The successful candidate will be expected to quickly come up to speed on product offerings, using deep product knowledge and in-depth knowledge of security, networking, and operating systems to effectively position products and solve difficult technical problems for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
">

* Partner with Account Executives and Channel Account Managers to establish and execute sales strategy for territories and key partners.
">
* Deliver tailored technical sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
">
* Plan and execute Proof of Value activities, including scoping, defining success criteria, designing environments, installing and configuring products, providing technical support, and executing the PoV.
">
* Communicate feature requests and product ideas to product management, based on data from sales engagements. Assist in developing priorities for the company's product roadmap.
">
* Document ongoing sales cycles and PoVs in Salesforce.com.
">
* Collaborate with Channel partners to uncover new sales opportunities and educate technical peers.
">
* Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* Experience with complex technical sales cycles, including discovery, scoping, and presenting Proof of Value evaluations.
">
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to all levels of people, from IT managers to CIOs.
">
* Understanding of data-in-transit security, network services, authentication methods, and endpoint security tools.
">
* Familiarity with popular firewall vendors, basic rule design, endpoint security, patch management policies, Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, and troubleshooting complex network environments.

* Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
