Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
o Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
o Oversee the team\'s daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
* Project Management:
o Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on application/software development.
o Own and facilitate project status meetings, adjusting project targets and schedules as needed.
* Microsoft DevOps Project Management:
o Manage and configure sprints, backlogs, and work items within Microsoft DevOps to ensure project transparency and alignment with Agile methodologies.
o Track and manage user stories and epics, ensuring they are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with project goals.
o Facilitate daily stand-ups (scrums), sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives to ensure team collaboration and continuous improvement.
o Monitor and manage burndown charts and other Agile metrics to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure DevOps practices support efficient project execution and align with client needs.
* Business Analysis:
o Perform business analysis tasks on projects as needed, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
o Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to technical teams.
* Client Engagement:
o Serve as clients\' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
o Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and stakeholders.
o Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their requirements.
* Technical Oversight:
o Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure project designs align with business objectives and technical standards.
o Review and approve technical and business documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
o Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic technical direction.
* Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
o Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
o Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive solutions to potential challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile (Scrum) environment, with a strong focus on application/software development.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, particularly in managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
* Ability to perform business analysis on projects, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Experience managing project budgets of over $1M and delivering projects on time and within scope.
* Hands-on experience overseeing all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
* Strong organization skills and mindset.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
* PMP certification and CSM.

In this role you will: (responsibilities)

\'Key Responsibilities

Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team’s efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.• Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.• Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.• Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.• Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.

Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails and project documents.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.

Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW and more) and their integration points.

Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.

Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

The Role:

The services to be provided by the Manager, Corporate Development, encompasses building strong strategic business relationships that lead to the sourcing of current and future M&A opportunities for Perseus. These relationships will be formed with software company decision makers (e.g. CEOs, VPs of Corporate Development, founders, and/or owners) of software companies, M&A advisors, and private equity/ venture capital professionals. Success in this role is defined by building and maintaining meaningful relationships that ultimately lead to Perseus’ acquisition of software companies.

The process of initiating relationships, maintaining relationships, and ultimately making an acquisition typically takes multiple years. Measurable outcomes, continuous value-add through many M&A conversations/ relationships, and high-quality market research are what ultimately generate successful acquisitions through time.

Outcomes:

* Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM and create market maps to build strong relationships in assigned software industry vertical(s).
* Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and other measurable M&A sourcing KPIs.
* Work both autonomously and with M&A leadership to qualify M&A opportunities with efficiency.

* A clear interest in developing a long-term pipeline of meaningful relationships with prospects as a career trajectory within software investing.
* Previous high-performance in Business Development, winning in an autonomous role, or prior success in other walks of life outside professional BD experience, such as entrepreneurship, will be considered.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and executive presence to speak with CEOs, M&A advisors, corporate development, private equity and venture capital professionals.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours.
