ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a visually driven professional to lead the planning and execution of image production aligned with product and brand needs. This role will be responsible for developing visual direction, coordinating with internal and external partners, and using performance insights to optimize creative output and support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
* Create visual direction proposals based on development positioning, and develop detailed visual plans aligned with themes, collection lines, and store visual identity, including shot style, makeup and styling, props, scenes, and matching photography agencies and models.
* Execute design planning requirements and collaborate closely with the China smart photography team, taking full ownership of delivering visuals on time and at the required quality standard.
* Leverage AI tools to efficiently handle and optimize image production requests.
* Review and analyze visual performance based on click-through and conversion results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Fashion, Marketing or related field
* Experience in visual planning, photography, or related fields;
experience in brand-side or e-commerce platform roles is preferred.
* Strong sensitivity to fashion trends and an exceptional aesthetic sense.
* Strong analytical and summarization skills, with the ability to conduct basic data analysis and develop visual proposals.
* Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure, strong learning agility, and the capability to manage multiple tasks while delivering work on time and to a high standard.
* Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
