Our organization is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team in Brazil as a Senior Talent Advisor. This strategic role serves as a liaison between our Client and Randstad, requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills, operational acumen, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing environments.
This position involves building and maintaining robust relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
The successful candidate will oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, and analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues.
They will also influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (e.g., Adecco, Manpower), especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
