Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with stakeholders to elicit and clarify business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
2. Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
3. Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
4. Analyze business data and CRM trends to prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
5. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), create training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
6. Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
7. Gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance, and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
