_Public Affairs and Advocacy Manager_ - _ Local: São Paulo_ - About the job_ Main responsibilities: - Manage the relationship with key stakeholders, such as public health authorities, legislators (cities/states level), public influencers and regulators, in synergy with commercial field force strategies, developing and executing institutional engagement plans related to Sanofi’s vaccine franchises business objectives. - Map, design and implement selected legislative strategies (cities/states level) to create a positive environment for access improvement. - Manage and develop institutional relationship with non-governmental organizations representatives, health coalitions, trade association, local societies, among others, to keep them informed about the critical scientific and health policy environment and to advocate in favor to address public health issues related to immunization. - Create an integrated patient engagement culture, taking patient´s engagement to the next level across Sanofi, redefining the patient´s experience and generating an actionable cycle of patient´s insights across the value chain. - Lead projects and initiatives with all non-governmental bodies - Lead and transversally collaborate with cross functional teams (External Affairs, Strategic Partnerships, Medical, Comms, Access, Regulatory and other related areas) to implement access strategies in the public market, according to the franchises brand plans. - Develop opportunities in public policy and relationship to support public partnerships initiatives, as a strategy to enhance Sanofi footprint in the country. Provide analysis of the political and healthcare scenarios. - Enhance relationship with PA&A International team, exchanging best practices, aligning business critical topics and developing collaborative initiatives to be deployed in the country. - Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market. - Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the Road Safety Program (Road Safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities. - Support Sanofi Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities. - About you _ - Experience: _corporative management_ _experiences related to public market in healthcare sector.
