Visual Creative Strategist
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta.
* Transform insights into compelling storyboards; select music, pacing, and shot lists that convey the message.
* Develop concise briefs for UGC creators/editors; source and manage creators.
* Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
* Launch rapid tests; analyze performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning visual creative strategy from concept → brief → edit → test → scale.
* Collaborating with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
* Maintaining a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.
* Coordinating whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of creating video ads that convert.
* A strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfort with data: able to read a dashboard and make informed decisions.
* Experience with UGC and short-form paid social advertising (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership.
