Business Introduction

JD Industrials, a subsidiary of JD Group, focuses on industrial supply chain technologies and services, with a market capitalization of approximately $5 billion.

Our business is to support the development of enterprises from the industrial manufacturing industry through the integrated model of "supply chain + technology + service", and create a B to B procurement platform for industrial products. We provide industrial procurement solutions to more than 7,000 large customers and more than 8 million small and medium-sized business customers. We work with more than 30,000 suppliers of industrial goods, and our platform has more than 40 million SKUs.

Now JD Industrials focuses on developing overseas business, providing one-stop industrial product procurement solutions for enterprises from different countries. Our business has spread to Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.

Role Overview

We are looking for a key account manager with experience in to B sales.

Location: R. do Paraíso, 595 - 11o Andar - Paraíso, São Paulo - SP, 04103-001

Job Description

* Develop and cultivate customer relationships by identifying customer needs and conducting demand exploration.
* Identify customer requirements and pain points, determine corresponding service strategies, coordinate company resources, and provide solutions to customers.
* Collaborate closely with business, product, and operations teams to coordinate online purchasing, payment collection, and after-sales services for customers, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Fluent in English and Chinese. Proficient in value-based sales.
* Experience in successful development of new B2B customers and leading major projects.
* Skilled in expanding business and mobilizing internal and external resources to solve business issues.
* Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Excellent project management and resource integration skills.
* Identification with JD culture and the online e-commerce industry.
