You will be responsible for managing relationships with major retail partners, driving sales performance, and executing go-to-market strategies that align with itel’s growth objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts across assigned territoriesLead sales planning, forecasting, and execution to meet revenue targetsSupervise and support field sales teams to ensure optimal performance and coverageAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional strategies and product launchesMonitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and in-store executionPrepare regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Supervision, preferably in Retail, Technology, or Home AppliancesProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accountsStrong negotiation, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsAbility to travel as needed
