About Account Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role is key to achieving our mission of helping Shopify brands convert users into loyal customers faster, increasing sales conversions and lowering their ad spend.
The Account Manager will be the primary contact for our clients, managing communication between them and our design/development team. This includes driving projects forward while maintaining timelines and keeping all stakeholders informed.
Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients as their main point of contact
* Project Coordination: Communicating client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams
* Progress Monitoring: Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates
* Issue Resolution: Proactively resolving issues, anticipating client needs, and addressing concerns promptly
* Status Updates: Regularly updating clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident
You will use tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks. Occasional minor updates to client pages using low-code tools may also be required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination (preferred but flexible)
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup (preferred)
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone
