Job Overview
This is a remote role that supports the CEO & Founder. You'll research new business opportunities, assist with investor communications, track projects, perform financial analysis, and other critical work as we expand.
Responsibilities
* Research - Help study new business opportunities and prepare simple reports
* Investor Communications - Support updates and materials for investors
* Project Tracking - Process and organize invoices, keep budgets up to date, and track costs
* Data Work - Review and analyze basic business data to spot trends
* Financial Analysis - Assist with numbers for acquisitions and new projects
* Business Development - Help with outreach to potential customers and partners
* New Ideas - Assist with market testing of new business lines and services
Requirements
* Careful attention to detail
* Ability to work respectfully with both internal teammates and outside partners
* Can work independently and stay organized without constant oversight
* Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
* Comfort using AI tools to make work faster and more effective
* Good written and spoken English
* Open to learning and taking on different types of tasks
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
* At least 5 years of professional experience in finance, business analysis, or project management
* Strong technical and communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
