Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Finding suitable candidates and assisting them with relocation processes.
* Building trust with relocating engineers and their families during the relocation process.
* Collaborating with a global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.
* Coordinating relocation logistics, including visa, work permits, tickets, and housing arrangements.
* Planning and executing recruitment activities with colleagues across global locations.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require at least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience. A solid network of local engineering talent within IT is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
