About the Role
As a senior talent advisor, you will serve as a strategic liaison between our client and Randstad. You will require strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
You will also oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Additionally, you will analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
You will influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Finally, you will present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
* Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Oversight of the recruitment delivery team.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English.
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
