**What will you do**
- Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine
- Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company)
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals
- Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines
- Keep track of available talent and job opportunities
**Must haves**
- You worked or passed courses in IT Recruitment or HR
- 1+ years of prior experience in IT company
- Highly developed listening and communication skills
- You are an energetic, proactive, and very well-organized person
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and above
- Great attention to detail
**Nice to haves**
- You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment
- You have strong GTD skills
