Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)
We're looking for a highly motivated team player to join our hungry squad as a Brand & Marketing Designer.
Remote-first (worldwide applicants welcome) with compensation set based on agreed hours / work scope of part-time role (flexible).

About The Opportunity
We're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.
What You'll Do
* Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets
* Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces
* Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets)
* Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week
* Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers)
* Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration
* Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve
What Success Looks Like
Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests, and a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.
Who You Are
6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house), with exceptional taste, refined typography, layout discipline, and a deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI.
Bonus Points if You...
* Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling)
* Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops)
* Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first)
* Have experience building componentized design systems for marketing
