Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist
We seek a seasoned professional to serve as the primary point of contact for client services delivery, building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Serve as primary point of contact for client services delivery
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND SENIOR STAKEHOLDERS FOR CONSULTING AND DATA-DRIVEN RECOMMENDATIONS
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team
* Analyze data to identify trends and proactively solve issues
* Influence team members towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, focusing on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
* Native Portuguese fluency, with English fluency (Spanish proficiency is an added advantage).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence are vital.
