We are seeking a senior Commercial Analyst with proven experience in business development and client relationship management within oil & gas/offshore, who also demonstrates leadership potential and strong ambition to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities
* Lead the identification, prospecting, and negotiation of new business opportunities in the offshore sector.
* Drive and monitor sales funnel activities with accuracy, ownership, and strategic focus.
* Manage CRM data with high standards, providing insights for decision-making.
* Act as a trusted partner to leadership, contributing to commercial strategy and client engagement.
* Represent the company in client visits, negotiations, and offshore-related commercial meetings.
* Support the development of long-term client partnerships and high-value contracts.
Qualifications
* Advanced or fluent English.
* Proven, solid experience in business development and client relationship management in oil & gas (offshore industry preferred).
* Strong knowledge of sales funnel management and commercial KPIs.
* Hands-on experience with CRM and commercial management tools.
* Leadership skills, with experience guiding teams or initiatives.
* Availability for travel, including offshore-related visits when required.
* Technical and commercial knowledge relevant to the oil & gas/offshore sector will be considered a strong plus.
