Overview
As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the growth of our probiotics and enzymes portfolio in the Swine segment. This role involves driving revenue expansion, managing distributors, and developing strong relationships with direct customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to expand market presence.
* Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
* Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science is required.
* Experience in Swine Nutrition and Health is essential.
* Proven track record in sales and account management within Animal nutrition/health is necessary.
* Strong knowledge of Swine market and distribution channels is required.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.
* Able to travel frequently within the territory (at least 50% of time).
* Intermediate level or higher in English is necessary.
* A team worker with excellent interpersonal skills.
