Recruitment and Selection Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to discuss, prepare, and extend the internal offer process. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to the hiring team on compensation and offer compliance, navigating differences in offer content from one profession to another and from one country to another.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for the complex offer process
* Consult with Hiring Manager, HR, and Compensation teams on hiring decisions, compensation, and offer strategies
* Calculate, prepare, and present offers to candidates in the Americas and internationally
* Utilize, maintain, and record candidate recruitment activity in the ATS in accordance with legal and corporate regulations and standards
