Remote IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote IT Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing top-notch technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Responsibilities include analyzing issues, formulating solutions, and communicating effectively with customers regarding ticket progress. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate remotely with customers to resolve problems efficiently, maintain open communication, and escalate issues when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess a process-oriented mindset, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team. A degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience is preferred.
Key qualifications include:
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience.
* Proven experience delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment.
* Familiarity with mixed Mac and Windows environments.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry.
* Centrally managed computer environments experience a plus.
Additional Skills
Preference given to those with experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry.
