We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Support Analyst to ensure the smooth functionality and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage installations, and maintain software systems while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of IT systems.Generate and provide IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.Coordinate installation and maintenance of complex software systems.Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Respond effectively to customer requests and communicate solutions clearly.Update user information in organizational systems.Manage and update user access for IT applications for new and existing employees.QualificationsProven experience in IT support or a similar role.Strong knowledge of desktop systems, peripherals, and telecommunication devices.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with organizational systems and user access management.Bilingual: Portuguese (Fluent) and English (Advanced).
