Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to reach commercial goals.
You will develop customer development strategies, dedicated action plans for assigned accounts, and align on account objectives. You will also lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans, provide strategic input, and analyze market situations including competitive intelligence activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales operations plan and achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets.
* Developing an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.
* Organizing customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans.
* Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong knowledge in the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem, mainly in the private market.
- Innovative & Analytical Technologies.
- Good sales and commercial skills/experience.
- Based in Belo Horizonte/MG
- Fluent in Portuguese.
