Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts
* Qualify incoming leads and handle prospecting
* Conduct product demos and navigate complex buying committees
* Execute targeted outreach campaigns as needed
* Utilize AI tools to automate prospecting, research, and follow-ups
* Collaborate with Solution Engineers on technical implementations
* Develop scalable sales processes as the company grows
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
* Proven track record in managing inbound lead management and outbound sales
* Experience selling to enterprise clients (Fortune 500 preferred)
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
* Comfortable handling high-ticket sales (R$30K+ MRR minimum)
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation
