Key Role: Oracle Cloud Support Specialist
Job Description:
* Support and operate the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud.
* Resolve incidents and tickets within deadlines (SLA), in partnership with internal teams and suppliers.
* Provide support during monthly accounting closing in multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC).
* Execute regression tests on quarterly updates of the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment.
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
* Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Participation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
* Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in Brazil.
* Proficiency in tools like BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
* Strong accounting knowledge for financial reporting standards compliance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Ability to lead teams of 5-10 people.
* Collaborative, proactive profile with analytical mindset and results-focused approach.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
