Key Responsibilities
* Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business prospects.
* Manage sales performance by setting targets and consistently meeting or exceeding them.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity through market research.
* Maintain strong connections with key stakeholders including suppliers and partners.
* Use data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
* At least three years of experience in sales preferably within the food ingredients or additives sector.
* Familiarity with hydrocolloid products and their applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in office software particularly Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
* Native English fluency with Chinese language skills being a plus.
* Strong commercial negotiation capabilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
