Position Overview
We are looking for highly creative, trend-aware, and passionate K-POP & K-Drama Influencer Growth Creators who are excited about Korean entertainment culture and want to build a strong global online presence.
This role is ideal for individuals who genuinely enjoy discussing K-POP groups, idols, dramas, entertainment news, fan theories, comeback analysis, performances, concerts, and online fandom culture. Whether you are already an influencer or an emerging creator with strong potential, we are interested in working with people who can create authentic and engaging content that resonates with audiences worldwide.
As part of IZISURF, creators will receive strategic support designed to accelerate growth. Our team helps creators improve audience engagement, optimize content formats, analyze performance metrics, and identify viral content opportunities. We work collaboratively with creators to develop sustainable content strategies rather than focusing only on short-term trends.
Responsibilities
The selected creator will regularly produce engaging content related to K-POP, K-Dramas, Korean celebrities, entertainment culture, idol trends, music releases, and fan discussions. Content may include reactions, commentary, reviews, rankings, livestream discussions, entertainment analysis, short-form videos, and community engagement activities.
Creators will publish content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, and other emerging media channels. The role requires staying highly informed about ongoing entertainment trends, comeback schedules, drama releases, viral online discussions, and fandom activities.
In addition to content production, creators will collaborate closely with the IZISURF growth team to improve visibility and engagement. This includes reviewing analytics, refining content strategy, experimenting with new content formats, and participating in cross-platform growth campaigns. We encourage creators to continuously evolve their personal brand while maintaining authenticity and strong audience connection.
Creators may also participate in brand collaborations, entertainment campaigns, livestream events, fan engagement projects, and promotional activities related to Korean entertainment and digital culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social media content creation is preferred, but we are also open to emerging creators who demonstrate strong potential, personality, and storytelling ability. Familiarity with short-form video platforms, editing tools, and internet culture trends is important.
Candidates who already maintain active social media accounts, fan communities, or entertainment-focused content channels are strongly encouraged to apply. Korean language skills are a plus but are not required.
