Responsibilities
* Build and lead the company's first dedicated Sales & Marketing function
* Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI
* Develop and manage a comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategy
* Manage and coach sales staff to enhance performance and conversion rates
* Hire, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals as the department grows
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales leadership roles with direct revenue accountability
* At least 2 years of experience managing a team or leading sales and marketing functions in a remote environment
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital campaign optimization
* Proven track record managing ad spend, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics
* Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in home services, trades, or other high-volume service businesses
* Managed both marketing and sales in the same role
* Proficiency in tools like Pipedrive, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
* Knowledge of building referral programs and local partnerships that supplement digital ads
