We are seeking a creative visual designer to drive our brand forward.
This role involves crafting engaging designs for various marketing channels and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
* Design Production: Create compelling graphics and marketing assets, including social media content, email promotions, presentations, and digital materials.
* Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain our visual design system, ensuring that all communications adhere to our brand guidelines and standards.
* Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and consistent brand execution.
* Presentation and Asset Development: Design professional presentation templates and create other marketing collateral that effectively communicates our brand message and positioning.
* Market and Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative quality, innovation, and efficiency.
Requirements
* 9+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
* Strong working knowledge of presentation tools (Google Slides and PowerPoint).
* Experience leveraging generative AI tools for design to enhance creative output and efficiency.
* Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and integrated marketing principles.
* Demonstrated experience with design systems, brand guidelines, and visual identity management.
* Excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive learner comfortable working remotely in a dynamic environment.
* Proven experience designing client-facing presentations with a focus on clear visual storytelling and brand adherence.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience designing within AI, tech, or rapidly scaling startup environments.
* Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing software, or AI-driven motion tools.
* Portfolio showcasing integrated marketing campaigns, presentation materials, and consistent brand execution.
* Familiarity with global and multi-audience brand challenges.
