Process Engineering Coordinator Role
Natura, a company that drives meaningful transformations through innovative products and services, is seeking an experienced coordinator to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in the development of new products and the optimization of existing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the implementation of process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Participate in innovation tribes as the industrial representative, ensuring the production of developed products;
* Estimate resources required for project execution, allocating them and obtaining quotes and proposals from potential suppliers;
* Monitor industrial lots, defining parameters and recipes for product development;
* Optimize manufacturing processes, mapping costs, controlling process time, and optimizing reagent performance;
* Perform technical analysis, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field;
* Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish;
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, TPM, and problem-solving tools;
