Salesforce Business Analyst Job Description
As a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in our services.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to clarify and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
* Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
* Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
* Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users.
* Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management.
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous.
