Technical Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
About the Role
This role is based in Latin America (LATAM) and will focus on recruiting LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations in LATAM and the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Requirements
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
