Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily financial and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
* Process and track domestic and international invoices
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Maintain client and supplier contracts
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Collaborate with internal teams and interface with external partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
* Previous experience in financial and administrative routines
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Proficiency in management tools (ERP, spreadsheets, and reports)
