Applications without a portfolio will not be accepted.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution Design a wide range of B2B marketing materials forprint and digitaluse Print: brochures, flyers, one-pagers, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, event signage, conference materials, stationery, and promotional items Digital: website and landing page assets, display ads, social media posts and ads, email graphics, evergreen content, case studies, white papers, and presentations Translate creative briefs, written concepts, and strategic direction into high-quality visual designs within established brand guidelines Develop original design concepts using typography, color, imagery, layout, and visual hierarchy to communicate key messages effectively Adapt designs for multiple formats, channels, and screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile)Brand & Quality Management Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual materials Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital use, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and color profiles Create and maintain templates (social media, email, presentations, one-pagers, etc.) to improve team efficiency and brand consistency Organize and maintain internal design libraries, assets, photography, and filesDigital & Web Support Design assets to support websites and landing pages, ensuring responsive, user-friendly experiences Collaborate with web teams and work within content management systems (CMS) as needed Stay current on digital design best practices, UX/UI, accessibility standards, and usability trendsCollaboration & Project Management Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support campaigns, initiatives, and events Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Incorporate feedback efficiently and professionally while maintaining high design standards Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and design systemsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in aB2B environment(in-house or agency) Strong portfoliodemonstratingB2B design workacross both print and digital media Expert proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Working experience with modern design and collaboration tools such asFigma(or similar) Solid understanding of: typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy; designing for both print production and digital platforms;UX/UI Experience creating web-ready assets that are mobile, tablet, and desktop-friendly Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedbackPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience designing forB2B marketing, SaaS, IT, and technology-driven organizations Familiarity withHTML5, CSS3, and basic front-end concepts Experience working withWordPress or other CMS platforms Knowledge ofmotion graphics, animation, or video editing(After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Experience with photography or photo direction Understanding of current design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and digital marketing best practicesWhat We're Looking For A creative problem-solver who can balance aesthetics with strategy A detail-oriented designer who takes pride in high-quality execution A proactive self-starter who brings fresh ideas and stays current with evolving design trends A team player who enjoys collaboration and contributing to larger business goals
