Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
* Previous experience in financial and administrative roles
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Knowledge of management tools (ERP, spreadsheets, and reports)
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity
