Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead our team in the successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, as well as experience with configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. They will be responsible for co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
In addition to these responsibilities, the SAP Technical Cutover Manager will collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and documenting traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
They will provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards. Additionally, they will track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
