Job Title: Payroll Technical Implementation Manager
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to lead our technical implementation efforts.
* Configure and design payroll processes and required integrations.
* Develop payroll rules and schemas according to requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to implementation.
* Create detailed technical specifications for global teams considering integrations, reports, and interfaces.
* Collaborate on implementing local templates up-to-date with local regulations in LATAM clients.
* Provide clients with status updates on implementations.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in SAP HCM implementations in LATAM countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia).
* College degree or higher.
* Advanced English-speaking skills.
* Advanced Spanish-speaking skills.
