Responsibilities:
1. Clean, categorize, and accurately label core business data such as sales leads, customer profiles, and marketing activities to ensure data quality.
2. Maintain the internal business information tagging system, keeping it clear, consistent, and easy for business teams to understand and use.
3. Understand business context sufficiently to classify and evaluate complex or vague customer information, providing a solid foundation for data analysis.
4. Complete other review and support tasks assigned by your leader.
Requirements:
1. Responsible and reliable, willing to work hard to achieve team goals.
2. Eager to learn, open to new things, and able to adapt to changes.
3. Good communication skills, a team player, and willing to grow together with others.
4. Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese.
5. Able to use English for daily communication and for preparing store-related documents.
6. Proficient in using computers and common office software.
7. Experience in operations or sales support is a plus (but not required—training will be provided).
