Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with renewable energy customers, acquiring new business opportunities, and preparing contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with renewable energy customers to identify new business opportunities and prepare contracts.
* Analyze market trends, technologies, and competitors to inform customer and portfolio-oriented sales strategies.
* Collaborate with account managers to coordinate sales activities and ensure effective communication flows.
* Participate in contract monitoring and management, ensuring timely project transfers and program-related change management.
Requirements:
* At least 5-8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
* Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English.
* Ability to travel frequently domestically and internationally as required.
* Highly self-motivated and fast learner.
