JOB DESCRIPTIONIT Infrastructure LeadBrazilDuration: 1 Year + Possibility of extensionFull time - OnsiteWe are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Lead to coordinate a small team responsible for core infrastructure operations and improvements. This role emphasizes leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.Key Responsibilities- Lead and guide a small infrastructure team across compute, storage, and network domains.- Coordinate infrastructure tasks, timelines, and dependencies;
ensure alignment with technical goals.- Facilitate change windows, maintenance schedules, and upgrades with internal and external stakeholders.- Track and escalate risks, issues, and blockers with clear context and recommended actions.- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and technical teams.- Support vendor coordination for hardware logistics, remote hands, and service delivery.- Ensure compliance with change management and security protocols.- Organize and lead team standups, working sessions, and stakeholder updates.Preferred Qualifications3 to 5 years strong experience in IT INFRASTRUCTURE- Experience leading infrastructure initiatives in hybrid or co-managed environments.- Solid understanding of servers, virtualization, storage, networking, DNS, and monitoring.- Proficiency with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.- Strong communication and documentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to manage priorities across time zones and work independently.- Nice to HaveFamiliarity with ITIL, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.- Experience with CMDB and inventory tools.
