Sweden faces a significant challenge in filling around 30,000 positions in the IT industry by 2030. Our clients have approximately 200 open software engineer positions that require skilled engineers to relocate to Sweden.
As a senior headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting suitable candidates to fill these roles. You will work closely with a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team to facilitate relocation logistics.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience. The role requires excellent networking skills, strong communication, and analytical abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and recruiting skilled engineers for various roles, including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
* Building trust with potential candidates to facilitate relocation.
The employment details include: start ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a private entrepreneur (minimum 12 months), eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, overtime compensation 1:1 in flex, and remote work options. Remuneration starts at $1,200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Benefits include free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
