Join Go! Running Tours as a Growth Marketer. You’ll own all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, from email newsletter to paid media, helping a global touring company scale rapidly.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing strategy, including flow optimization and automation.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, testing and scaling across markets.
Produce compelling copy for newsletters, ads, and case studies.
Research new channels, technologies and trends to expand reach.
Analyze performance data, derive insights and report on KPIs.
Create case studies and explore sponsorship opportunities.
Collaborate closely with founder Lena and the global team via Slack.
Qualifications
Entry level – proven passion for growth marketing and a willingness to learn.
Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
Strong copywriting skills, able to craft engaging content.
Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable).
Hands‑on skill in paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads).
Detail‑oriented, systematic, and capable of executing quickly.
Strong communication and collaboration in a remote setting.
Contract Details
USD 1,400 per month.
25 hours per week, managed through Upwork.
Remote, with 2–3 hours of internal meetings weekly.
