About the Role:

The Commercial Account Executive position involves overseeing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

* Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
* Foster strong connections with key decision-makers at existing accounts.
* Proactively discover new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Sales Performance:

* Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Negotiate and close deals effectively.

Requirements:

* Proven track record in sales, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with long sales cycles and enterprise IT environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
