A senior IT technical recruiter is sought after to join our world-class recruiting team.
* The role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent in Latin America (LATAM) and the U.S.
Job Description:
This is a high-growth opportunity for an experienced recruiter who can build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Key qualifications include 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles is essential.
Additional skills required include strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
