We're driving business expansion by setting high-quality meetings with decision-makers at innovative companies. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for creating opportunities for our Managing Director through proactive outbound outreach across multiple channels.

This role is high-volume, phone-led, and metrics-driven—best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to position consulting services in a competitive market.

* Owning the top of the funnel for all outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Researching and segmenting leads using premium tools.
* Executing 100 –120+ cold calls/day, plus daily targeted emails and LinkedIn messaging.
* Booking qualified meetings with decision-makers (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders).
* Tracking activity and pipeline through internal systems.
* Partnering closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and alignment.

We're looking for someone with 2–5+ years of SDR experience in a B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environment. You should have proven success generating meetings with mid-market U.S. clients, mastery of sales engagement tools, strong understanding of professional services, especially in technology, product, or executive search, and comfort with high daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability.
