We are looking for a senior headhunter who will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high, and we need many engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and work with a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. Our Swedish delivery management team handles relocation for consultants. We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more. Our clients are in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team that enjoys helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope values are joy, trust, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage engineers in IT who are open to relocating to Sweden.
Build trust with candidates and inform them about benefits of living and working in Sweden.
Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish delivery management for relocation logistics.
Coordinate visa, work permits, travel arrangements, housing, and related logistics for employees.
Work with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Operate with a results-driven mindset, maintaining high service quality and brand awareness.
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for each challenge.
High quality and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
Upper-intermediate English.
Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
Self-confident, outgoing, motivated and able to maintain a positive attitude with colleagues and customers.
Resilient, able to handle setbacks and continue to push for success.
Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work and relationships.
Responsive and responsible, with a presentable appearance.
Job Details
Extent & duration: Start ASAP.
Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Paid national holidays with maintained payment and 20 paid vacation days.
Paid travel, housing, and per diem.
