We are looking for a senior headhunter to help find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, inform them about the benefits of living and working there, and build trust to enable relocation and long-term career success. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, a Swedish delivery management team, and a local HR/relocation team to handle all practical matters related to relocation.Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage engineers in IT who are open to relocating to Sweden.Present the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.Collaborate with a competent global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to facilitate relocation, visas, work permits, housing, travel, and related arrangements.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries and clients.Support clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Maintain a high level of service, brand awareness and professional conduct with candidates and clients.Manage recruitment requests with analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approaches; maintain a positive, proactive attitude.Qualifications and CompetenciesAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality standards and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.Upper-intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; capable of identifying and closing recruitment requests.Confident, sociable, upbeat, self-motivated, and capable of handling rejection with perseverance.Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment DetailsEmployment type: Full-timeLocation: Remote work from home or co-location centerRemuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxesBenefits: free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diemExtensive relocation support: visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements handled by usStart date: ASAPHow to ApplyPlease send your English CV to: ******.Please state the application code TEL2025HH in the subject of your email.
