OverviewExperienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry – Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers, with an estimated 30,000 engineers by 2030. We currently have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will help find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics, and an executive management team in Sweden. Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope values joy, trust, and professionalism.Responsibilities• Identify and recruit engineers for Sweden-based roles, building a strong network of local IT talent. • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and support them through the relocation process. • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage recruitment requests from initial contact to closure. • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and with our Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics. • Work with clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Qualifications• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience. • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution. • High quality and brand awareness. • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. • Upper intermediate English. • Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request. • Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent. • Passion for success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Job DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex. Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
