Our team assists with relocation logistics and supports onboarding processes.As a senior headhunter, you will help identify engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, build trust with candidates, and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, executive management in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more. Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Our team values joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process.Collaborate with a global recruitment team and Swedish management to support relocation logistics.Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team to handle practical relocation matters (visa, permits, housing, travel, etc.).Contribute to a team focused on helping engineers and their families build new careers in Sweden.QualificationsRequired competence: at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English; knowledge of contemporary IT technologies; ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and fulfill recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and capable of handling a challenging relocation process.Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers; responsive and professional appearance.Employment DetailsEmployment type: Full-time; Long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur; Minimum 12 months.Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: 20 paid vacation days; paid holidays with maintained payment; paid travels, housing, and per diem.ApplicationPlease send your English CV to: (redacted).
